Zaldy is a Filipino model, stylist, and designer living and working in NYC. Zaldy Goco who goes by his first name professionnally had his own eponymous line from Spring 2002 to Fall 2006. He was originally a consultant to Gwen Stefani's label, L.A.M.B., when it started in 2004 and became head designer in 2005 to 2007. Zaldy decided to switch focus of his career to designing stage wear. In 2009, he created several outfits worn by Lady Gaga in 2009 to 2011. In the recent years, he collaborated with Atelier Swarovski to design a jewelry collection.

Zaldy was originally contacted to meet with Kanye and Gaga for their upcoming tour, Fame Kills in September of 2009. After the tour was scrapped, Gaga and the Haus decided to keep working with Zaldy for The Monster Ball. Zaldy was given the task to create the majority of the outfits for the tour on a very tight schedule. He had two weeks to complete each outfits before the dress rehearsal in Los Angeles and a week after that before the opening night on Novembre 27 in Montreal. In order to make it in time, Zaldy had 18 people working on making at least two copies of each costumes. Some of the person who have worked under Zaldy's supervision for this project include Miguel Villalobos and Geoffrey Mac.
Hunchback Suits, 2009[]
The Hunchback Suits is a series of suits made of two pieces, a jacket with exaggerated shoulders and a pair of high waisted pants. Four different color were made including black, natural wool cream, sheer white (prototype) and a mirror version. The black and cream version had buttons, notched lapel and a long tail on the back. The mirror jacket has a "Haus of Gaga" tag on the inside as shown on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 2010. All hunchback jacket were created in collaboration with Muto-Little Costumes.
- The black suit was worn only once on November 23, 2009.
- The white organza jacket was only worn on November 24, 2009.
- The natural wool cream jacket and pants were worn on select dates of The Monster Ball 1.0:
- Jacket - on November 27 to December 3, 2009.
- Pants by unknown designer - on November 27, 2009 to January 26, 2010 (except December 23, 27 and 31).
- The mirror (disco) jacket was worn on December 21, 2009 to January 26, 2010 (except December 31).
Swarovski Jumpsuit with Boots, 2009[]
Beige Swarovski crystal-embellished cut-out detail jumpsuit with tulle-filled shoulder pads by Zaldy in collaboration with Haus of Gaga that had lighting bulbs installed. It was worn on all the The Monster Ball 1.0 dates during Act I: Birth for "Dance in the Dark" followed by "Just Dance".
Rubber Skeletal Bodice with Boots, 2009[]
Zaldy collaborated with interdisciplinary 3D design firm, Conduit[1] to design and produce the rubber exoskeletal bodice. The outfit was completed with silver Swarovski crystals on the ribs, shoulder piece and the pelvis piece. A pair of matching caged ankle boots was also created by Zaldy's team. The outfit was worn with a Skeleton Headpiece and bone bracelet made by Gary Card.
As The Monster Ball shows progressed, parts of the outfit were removed until it was completely replaced by December 20, 2009:
- The pelvis piece was worn on November 27 and 28, 2009 only.
- The caged ankled boots were worn on November 27 and returned on December 3 to 19, 2009.
- The ribs with shoulder piece were worn on November 27 until December 19, 2009
The Skeletal bodice was sold on Charity Buzz for Oxam International as part of the "Heal Haiti Auction" in February of 2010. The prop was signed by Gaga with lyrics from "Dance in the Dark": "Find your freedom in the music. Lady Gaga".
Crystal eye patches, 2009[]
Silver crystal-embellished eye patches made by Zaldy. Although unconfirmed, the Jingle Bell Ball and Royal Variety Performance used a similar motif that could have been also been made by Zaldy.
Structured Bodysuits, 2009[]
The Structured Bodysuits is a series of bodysuit found in three colors. The one worn onstage was white with Swarovski crystals during Act II: Desert of The Monster Ball 1.0. It returned briefly for the opening night on February 18 2010 for "LoveGame", "Boys Boys Boys", "Brown Eyes", "Speechless" and the first part of the Twister film, and 4 shows on February 20-24 of The Monster Ball 2.0 for "Bad Romance". It was paired with a custom Rachael Barrett semi-sheer belted white silicone jacket and dress with a crystallized lobster headpiece by Philip Treacy. The second version is a sea green version worn underneath the green Origami Dress during the performance of “Paparazzi”.
Goat Fur suit, 2009[]
The Goat Fur suit was a two piece ensemble made by Zaldy with the leather animal faces by Miguel Villalobos. The piece consists of a jacket and tearaway skirt. Miguel made two owls on each shoulder and a wolf near the abdomen. It is one of two outfits (both by Zaldy) that was worn on the Theater Version (1.0) of The Monster Ball Tour that returned in the Arena Version (2.0). However, it was not present in the 2.0 version in 2010 and it's jacket only returned in the last leg of the tour in 2011. The outfit can be seen in the performance of "Monster" on Lady Gaga Presents: The Monster Ball Tour at Madison Square Garden (2011). The piece was worn during Monster in both versions of the Monster Ball. Gaga takes the jacket off during the final chorus of the song. In the original Monster Ball, Gaga leaves the skirt portion on until she does the Tinkerbell monologue. During the arena version of the Monster Ball, Gaga only performs Monster with just the jacket on.
Black Bodysuits, 2009[]
The Black Bodysuits is a series of bodysuits created by Zaldy for The Monster Ball. The bodysuits use the same pattern and neckline as the structured bodysuits for the same tour. For Act III: Forest, a black textured leather bodysuit was used in The Monster Ball 1.0. It was also used again on The Monster Ball 2.0 during Act III: Central Park. It is one of two outfits created by Zaldy that was featured in the two versions of the tour. However, it was replaced by a glossy latex version on August 19 to December 21, 2010. For the 2011 dates, it was replaced by a bra by Jean Paul Gaultier and tights by Capezio.
Disco Bodysuit, 2009[]
The Disco Bodysuit is a grey bodysuit with square pieces of mirror glued only to the front. It is similar to the Disco Bra made by Gaga and the hunchback jacket by Zaldy worn with this bodysuit. Like the other bodysuits used for the tour, the Disco bodysuit uses the same pattern and neckline. It also has similar cuts as the two other made for the show. The main difference outside of the mirrors, is that the breasts are made of large triangle put together as to form cones similar to the designs of Jean Paul Gaultier.
It was worn 7 times from December 23, 2009 to January 7, 2010 (except for December 31) while performing "Bad Romance" at The Monster Ball 1.0. For some reasons, the bodysuit was covered with pants starting on December 28, 2009. This bodysuit was replaced by Gaga's very own Disco Bra until the end of the 1.0 tour on January 26, 2010.
Gold studded bodysuit with crown, bracelets and shoes, 2009[]
The Egyptian inspired outfit in collaboration with David Samuel Menkes, consisted of a gold crown (Anubis shaped) with a studded bodysuit, two arm bracelets and a pair of shoes. On June 30th, 2011, Gaga stated on Music Lovers that this outfit was her favorite of the show and that she knew it would be "iconic". The pair of shoes were worn on November 27th, 2009 only.
On June 13th to July 8th, 2012, the bodysuit was featured on a rotating clothes rack during "Fashion of His Love" at The Born This Way Ball.

Guns Harness, 2009[]
The Gun Harness is a harness made of straps covering the chest and left leg. On the chest area, a gun is attached to the harness. A arm armor was also made with a gun on it to be worn on Gaga's right arm. A matching Guns Hat was created by Miguel Villalobos. The outfit was worn with a custom bra by Geoffrey Mac and underwear by Atsuko Kudo.
It was worn only on the first 6 shows of The Monster Ball Tour 1.0 from November 27 to December 3, 2009 as it was replaced by a set of red latex bra also by Geoffrey Mac for Zaldy and underwear by Atsuko Kudo on December 9, 2009.
Latex Bras, 2009[]
Serie of custom latex bras made in black and red by Geoffrey Mac for Zaldy while the matching underwear are by Atsuko Kudo. They were worn during Act IV: City while performing "Paper Gangsta" and "Poker Face" of The Monster Ball 1.0.
The black lingerie were worn underneath the Guns Harness1 during Act IV and again for "Bad Romance"2 on November 27 to December 3, 2009.
The red lingerie, which have ropes attached to it with matching gloves, hat by David Samuel Menkes and a rope with knots replaced the Guns Harness starting on December 9, 2009 and were used until the end of the tour on January 26, 2010. They debuted at the Jingle Bell Ball on December 5, 2009.
Gold Microphone Flail, 2009[]
A Gold flail with an attach at the end of it to hold a microphone. It debuted on The Oprah Winfrey Show on January 15, 2010 during a performance of "Bad Romance". It was added on The Monster Ball 1.0 starting on January 20 until the end of the tour on January 26, 2010.
Joanne World Tour, 2017[]
Once again, Zaldy did the tour opening with an oversized motorcycle jacket with fitted waist, zipped front and crystal stud detailing all over. It was worn on all dates with a Swarovski Lady Bianca hat by Gladys Tamez.
During Act III, Gaga wore a bodysuit and long-sleeved bolero made out of bright blue denim and entirely encrusted in white pearls and crystals. Starting on September 1, Gaga started to take off the bolero to perform "Telephone". When the tour resumed for its 2nd leg on November 3, 2017, Swarovski crystals2 were added to the ensemble.
For Act VII, Gaga wore during "Bad Romance" a bustier jacket with satin bow embellishment along the sleeves. For "The Cure", she removed the jacket to reveal the white fishnet panel bodysuit with cut-out detailing completely showered in crystals underneath.
Shoulder nude tulle catsuit, 2017[]
Heavy soulder nude tulle catsuit embellished with crystals, leather fringes, and satin grid pattern, in collaboration with Natali Germanotta.
Crystal-embellished bodysuit, 2025[]
Constructed black bodysuit with shoulder pads and sweetheart neckline was sdesigned by Zaldy for Victoria's Secret, with garment construction by John Mangru, and embellished with 20,000 crystals by a-morir.
