In the fall of 2016, UO revealed some exclusive items inspired by Lady Gaga's album Joanne.

Lady Gaga and Urban Outfitters collaborated on the first part of the merchandise for her Joanne World Tour. The exclusive items were released on May 19, 2017 in some stores and on UO's website with a big promotinal campaign such as banners and posters on the shops' windows and ads on social media.

Born This Way 10th Anniversary Pop-up store[]
On May 23, 2021 to celebrate 10 years of Born This Way, Urban Outfitters and Lady Gaga opened pop-up store in Melrose, Los Angeles with limited edition merchandise.
