Todo Mundo no Rio (English: Everyone in Rio) is a free international music megashow promoted by the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The project aims to transform Copacabana Beach into a stage for major international music attractions, as well as to establish May as a month of cultural celebration in the city. Since its inaugural edition in 2024, the event has brought together world-renowned artists and plans to host annual shows until 2028.

MAYHEM on the Beach (Portuguese: MAYHEM Na Praia) refers to Lady Gaga’s highly anticipated performance at the 2025 edition of the Brazilian music festival Todo Mundo no Rio as part of The Art of Personal Chaos promotional concerts series supporting her seventh studio album, MAYHEM. The concert took place at Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro on May 3, 2025, this event marks Gaga’s return to Brazil following her last scheduled show in the country, which was canceled due to health reasons in 2017 during Joanne World Tour.
In early 2025, reports surfaced that Gaga was in talks to headline Todo Mundo no Rio, a major festival celebrating global music, culture, and diversity. On February 21, 2025, festival organizers officially announced her as the headlining act. Following of official announcement at press conference, Gaga announced herself on her social platforms:

After MAYHEM On The Beach concert and before departing from Rio de Janeiro Lady Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, left a farewell letter in the "Golden Book" ("Livro de Ouro") of the Copacabana Palace Hotel. This book contains messages from notable guests who have stayed at the hotel. The letter was shared by Copacabana Palace Hotel.
