Over the entire course of the Fame Ball, Lady Gaga wore many different wigs.

The Heart[]

The show is mainly divided into four parts with the last part being the encore. The main show begins with a video introduction called "The HeART" where Gaga appears as alter-ego Candy Warhol. She shows the image of a pink heart on her t-shirt. The video is shown in projection on a giant screen in front of the stage. As the video approaches towards the end, a countdown from ten to zero happens, Gaga's face is shown wearing the video sunglass, and flames engulf the screen as it drops.

"Paparazzi"[]

The stage was covered in fog with three plates in the middle of the stage. Each plate had mirror pieces glued on them and was hold by a dancer. As the song progress, Gaga emerged from the "wall" with her dancers moving the plate as if it was a spider leg. This was the first installation of the show called "Spider/Paparazzi shutter dress". Gaga wore a futuristic black dress in geometric patterns with a triangular piece on her right breast and peplum. Gaga comes out in the center as the plates roll around and she starts singing "Paparazzi". During the bridge, she replaces it with scratching keytar sounds while she dances.

LoveGame[]

After "Paparazzi", the plates cover her and they move. The scratching keytar sounds from the replaced bridge is repeated only extended and Gaga is handed her keytar by the dancers and plays it while the lights go blinking. Then, "LoveGame" is performed as she is joined by her dancers in tracks and jackets and hands Gaga her trademark disco-stick.

"Beautiful, Dirty, Rich"[]

After a speech, "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich" starts next where Gaga frolicks with her dancers. In the end, she pretends she is shot after a "gunshot" sound effect as she and the dancers go backstage.

On July 4th and 5th, 2009 while supporting Take That, Gaga performed Boys Boys Boys right after The Fame and after Boys Boys Boys was the end of Act II. On Isle of MTV Malta on July 8th, 2009, Gaga performed Just Dance directly after The Fame and after Just Dance was a performance of Eh, Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say). On all other festival dates, Gaga performed Just Dance right after The Fame and after Just Dance was the end of Act II.

After that, she leaves as another video interlude called "The Face" starts where Gaga as Candy Warhol is taught how to speak. But ends up fighting with the man and the fight is pictured in to three until they are changed by a blinking colored lights backdrop and Gaga appears on the stage on neither a yellow/purple/white tutu shaped dress with shoulder pads.

"Just Dance"[]

As the video nears the end Gaga appears on the stage wearing a tutu shaped dress with pointed shoulderpads and peplum. Her dancers were clad in Louis Vuitton Steven Sprouse printed trousers which matched Gaga's shoes. The backdrop changes to show blinking disco lights and Gaga stands while wearing her video sunglasses which display the line "Pop Music Will Never Be Low Brow". Then a remix of the intro for "Just Dance" starts and Gaga starts singing it while moving around in choreographed dance moves as she is joined by her dancers on stage. The blinking disco lights backdrop are changed by some scences fo the music video of "Just Dance" but are a mess with colors. When the song shifts to the bridge, Gaga is handed her keytar by the dancers. During the remix outro, she plays her keytar and keeps on singing the song through the music and then she puts her keytar on the ground and then dances with her dancers until the music stops.

After a speech, Gaga begins performing Eh, Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say) right after Just Dance. When wearing the black outfit on June 26th and 29th, Gaga adds the Pyro Bra to the outfit for the Performance of Eh, Eh. There are no backdrops for this song unlike the DJ version.
