Tart Optical Enterprises (OTE) is a sunglasses company founded in 1948 and ended in 1970s before making a comeback in 2011. In October of 2011, they paired with a Japanese company to restart production of the sunglasses. Lady Gaga was seen with vintage frames with new lenses.
