The Tank Girl Film (also known as Egypt Film) was an interlude used during the first version of The Monster Ball Tour in 2009 to 2010. The film was the transition between the Raven Film to the Antler Film step of the evolution theme during the show. According to the official set list, the Tank Girl Film was the "Egypt" part of the social evolution defined by the creation of money. Songs related to money were performed during that segment ("The Fame", "Money Honey", and "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich").

The interlude is mainly black and white overlaid by a moving white grid emulating the effects of a Super 8mm camera. The rest of the film features various clips of Lady Gaga with red lipstick in slow-motion after she received a slap in the face, and various poses Gaga makes while she was standing on a CGI tank spraying a bottle of hairspray. Another set of scenes had her being slapped in the face by stylist Anna Trevelyan while they're both standing on the tank and Gaga standing on the tank while holding the bottle of hairspray on fire with a lighter while it's being sprayed on,
