"SuperStar" is a song written by Lady Gaga and producer, Darkchild in 2008. The song was later given to and re-written by singer Mercedes (now known as Iris Gold)[1] however her version was never released and has yet to surface online.
Background
After Lady Gaga had written "Just Dance" when she was hired to write songs for various artists under Universal Music. "SuperStar" is one of the songs written during the first quarter of 2008. The song was intended for the Pussycat Doll's sophomore album, Doll Domination, but was never recorded with the group. It was later given to singer/rapper Mercedes Seecoomar. Her version never leaked.
