Staples, Inc. is an American multinational office supply retailing corporation. It currently comprises over 1,500 stores in North America. Headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts, Staples also does business extensively with enterprises in the United States and Canada, and as Staples Business Advantage.
Work with Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga and Born This Way Foundation have partnered with Staples and DonorsChoose.org to support education and teachers in need and inspire positivity and kindness in classrooms across the country.Staples has donated 1 Million to the Born This Way Foundation.After that,Lady Gaga decided to go on a partnership with Staples Inc. and help in promoting as much inspiration and kindness across classrooms as possible.
To further help this cause, somewhere in June of 2017 (most likely, on June 16th), Lady Gaga visited a school in Hollywood to film a commercial for this cause, where she dresses up as a substitute teacher, until she was quickly discovered being Lady Gaga. Gaga is then seen asking the kids about what they want to do in their future, to draw it and to tell what kind of material they need for it. After that, they went to sit in a circle and show some of their talents. After the children leave, they filmed a little sit down part of the commercial where Gaga explains the importance of this cause and what all has been done.
After the commercial, Staples Inc. announced that fans could a 50.000$ scholarship, and win tickets to see Gaga live at the Joanne World Tour in Las Vegas on December 16, by visiting their site.
