A Sonnet For A Knight is the name of the final interlude featured in The Chromatica Ball.
Background
This is Gaga's first spoken interlude since the Manifesto of Little Monsters.
Synopsis
This film features Gaga posing while wearing a custom hem-lined coat by Alexander McQueen from the personal collection of her friend Daphne Guinness. Most likely, the scene was inspired by the climax of the Alexander McQueen Fall/Winter 2003 show, titled "Scanners"[1]. Afterwards, it fades to black and would show brief clips of Gaga in another black coat by Alexander McQueen, at one point would ask if everybody's quiet. It quickly transitions back to her while reciting an original sonnet about the responsibility and burdens about being an artist.
Additional notes:
- The first scene of the interlude is later recreated by Gaga during "Paparazzi" at The Art of Personal Chaos concert series and it's postlude show The Mayhem Ball.
