Shokra is a fashion brand of American designer Russell Barlous founded in 2015. He is a Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) graduate who has worked & designed for successful fashion manufacturers such as J&M Costumers, Marco Marco, Karen Kane, Janet Howard, and Arthur Max.
