On January 27, 2010, there was an advertisement out on Ebay. The seller found a disc of Lady Gaga songs, one of them was Retro Physical. To prove the existence of the disc, he uploaded a snippet of the song. Some hours later, the advertisement was deleted.
On the same day, another snippet with another part of the song was uploaded by Burim.
Somewhere in 2009 or 2008, when a fan met Lady Gaga and asked to release it, she said that it was 'out already'. Presumably she had only seen or heard the live snippet that was out.
