"On a Clear Day (You Can See Forever)" is a song written by Burton Lane and Alan Jay Lerner from the musical of the same name, which concers a woman who has ESP and has been reincarnated.

The song was recorded by Tony Bennett as a solo song and available as the bonus track on the Target deluxe edition and International physical deluxe edition of his and Lady Gaga's jazz collaborative album, Cheek to Cheek.

Lyrics

On a clear day
Rise and look around you
And you'll see who you are

On a clear day
How it will astound you?
That the glow of your being outshines every star

You'll feel part of every mountain, sea and shore
You can hear from far and near
A world you've never heard before

And on a clear day
On that clear day
You can see forever
And ever more

You'll feel part of every mountain, sea and shore
You can hear from far and near
A world you've never heard before

And on a clear day
On that clear day
You can see forever
And ever and ever and ever more
