NewNowNext-Awards are an annual awards show, held by Logo, an American television network where Lady Gaga performed for the first time on television.

The nominees were announced by Cazwell and Amanda Lepore. Hosts were Candis Cayne and Colman Domingo. Other musical acts were, The Cliks, Dangerous Muse, Cyndi Lauper.
Michelle Williams, of Destiny's Child, introduced Lady Gaga before her performance of "Just Dance".

Gaga recorded in a hotel room her winning speech for the Always Next, Forever Now Award which was broadcasted during the event that also happened the same day.
