Montana Efaw (born Montana Michelle Efaw) grew up in Lake Oswego, Oregon. She attended Lakeridge High School, and at the age of nineteen, in 2009, she began dancing for Lady Gaga for the Monster Ball. Her dance training is primarily hip hop, she has been dancing since the age of ten.
