Manuel Arturo José Cuevas Martínez, Sr. or simply Manuel (born April 23, 1933 in Coalcomán Michoacán, Mexico) is a Nashville-based designer known for the garments he created for prominent rock and roll and country music acts since 1970. He attended the University of Guadalajara and majored in psychology.

- Black short jacket, which is embroidered in gold and set with thousands of silver & jet Swarovski crystals, made in collaboration with Laura Lejeune Costume[1]. Lady Gaga bought a vintage jacket originally made for Jody Benham Coe from Goodbuy Girls store in Nashville.
- Bespoke hat by Gladys Tamez was customized with a headband from Manuel Couture to match her jacket. The headband can be fastened with snap buttons.
- Yellow duster that features a single button-closure, peaked lapels, black contrast piping and hand-stitched black arrow detailing on the front, back and sleeves. The pink silk scarf (pictured is a similar yellow one [3.1]) is custom embroidered with red roses, Swarovski crystals and Gaga’s aunt’s name and album’s title “Joanne”. Lady Gaga was photographed with Manuel Cuevas.
- Boots by Tres Outlaws Boot Co were customized by Manuel Couture.
