Jōtarō Saitō is a Japanese designer from Kyoto, Japan. His late grandfather was one such artist, Saizaburo Saito, and his father is Sansai Saito, a modern kimono designer. His debut was at the age of 27, as one of kimono’s youngest designers. He is a regular member of the Council for Fashion Designers in Tokyo. In 1990 launched "Otias”, a woman prêt-à-porter brand.
