Giorgio Armani S.P.A., commonly known as Armani, is an Italian fashion house founded by Giorgio Armani in Milan. The brand designs, manufactures, distributes, and retails haute couture, ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, accessories, and home interiors. Armani licenses its name and branding to Luxottica for eyewear; L'Oréal for fragrances and cosmetics; and Fossil for watches and jewelry. The brand markets these products under several, highly specialized sub-labels including Giorgio Armani, Armani Collezioni, Emporio Armani, Armani Jeans, Armani|Exchange, Armani Junior and Armani/Casa. It is considered Italy's third-biggest fashion group behind Gucci and Prada.

Giorgio Armani (11 July 1934 — 4 September 2025) and his partner, architect Sergio Galeotti (July 26, 1945 — August 14, 1985), founded Giorgio Armani SpA on 24 July 1975.
