- White flared mini skirt with neon green PVC over layer and iridescent tutu underneath is custom BCALLA and hand-painted by Vincent Tiley with various elements from the ‘ARTPOP’ era such as the swan from, the ‘Applause’ video, the ‘ARTPOP’ cover Jeff Koons statue and the gazing ball.
