"Princess Die" - песня, написаная Леди Гагой в 2011. Гага дебютировала с этой песней в туре The Born This Way Ball Tour 27 июня 2012 года. Она сказала, что песня посвящена 'супер фанатам', после того как ей бросили тиару на сцену. Песня была зарегистрирована в базе BMI 29 января, 2013.
Написание песни и вдохновение[]
В интервью журналу Vanity Fair для январского выпуска 2012 года, стало известно, что Гага работает над песней, посвященной Принцессе Диане. Интервьюер описал песню Гаги: "Гага подошла к пианино, чтобы сыграть нам свою новую песню, над которой она работает, она посвящена Принцессе Диане - эта песня о славе и о смерти знаменитостей. Даже в черновой стадии, песня уже имеет свою фишку, Гага поет песню в свой полный голос, со слегка грубым текстом."
Рассказывая историю о том дне, когда она написала эту песню, Гага сказала "Я помню у меня действительно был плохой день, я не хорошо себя чувствовала, и я лежала в кровати и получила пакет от Louis Vuitton. Я открыла этот пакет, и там была красивая сумка и она была от моего друга из LV. И в этом пакете, Луи прислал мне маленькую тиару в маленькой сумочке, и я даже не знаю как он сделал ее. Так, я просто помню что это был такой горький момент, потому что у меня был действительно плохой, депрессивный день, у меня были темные мысли. И потом, этот прекрасный небольшой бенгальский огонь пришел по почте, и я знала что мне не нужно выходить на улицу, потому что там было море хаоса, так что я просто сидела весь день дома, курила марихуану и пила вино с тиарой на голове."
После дебюта песни в туре The Born This Way Ball Tour, Гага сказала, что она не уверена, что песня войдет в четвертый альбом.
